This agreement is intended for use by customers booking and engaging in services with Timeless Transportation. This agreement is binding in contract terms once a client has booked the service.
A full refund is available for any clients cancelling 7 days or more before the confirmed ride. Cancellation within 7 days of your ride will result in a 50% surcharge. If the client has paid in full, 50% of the ride fee and 100% of the security deposit will be refunded. If the client has not made final payment, 50% of the ride fee will be deducted from payment made and no refund may be issued if there has only been 50% paid.
By booking with us you agree that all disputes will be solved by arbitration.
If one of our chauffeurs is pulled over for questioning, you will be refunded 50% of your ride fee due to inconvenience. If the chauffeur is ticketed for any wrongdoing you will be refunded 100% of your ride fee.
Should there be any vehicle accidents during your ride, chauffeur must notify authorities. You will be refunded for your ride in full for any accidents that should occur, matter who is at fault. Should there be injuries, Timeless Transportation will make every effort to resolve a dispute. Should there be disputes, all parties agree that they will be solved by arbitration only. Timeless Transportation is not responsible for injuries in accidents that are of no fault of the chauffeur.
